Happy spring! School’s almost out, the weather’s warming up, the flowers are starting to bloom…there’s so much to look forward to! Find something to celebrate :)

Anonymous asked: which hanoi album has the best cover art?
I think I’d have to say Self Destruction Blues because their outfits are so painfully 80’s and it makes me laugh.
Happy 46th birthday to Sebastian Bach!
I’d like to wish Rich Jones (right) a very warm and very belated welcome to the Michael Monroe Band! After several years with the band, former guitarist Dregen (Backyard Babies, Hellacopters) is leaving to focus on his solo career. Last year, he released Dregen, his first solo album. Rich Jones (Black Halos, Amen, Ginger Wildheart) is now joining the band as a permanent member, having toured with the band last summer. Rich is an incredible musician, and is part of the fantastic Ginger Wildheart Band (they’re on Pledgemusic! Their album Albion is amazing! If you like sexy/crazy/noisy/catchy power pop/rock/punk with layers and layers of sound and harmonies and musical acrobatics, I highly recommend checking it out. I’ve been listening to it over and over for the past 2 months).
The MM Band is touring this spring in Europe, and Dregen will be opening for them on select dates. Dregen will also be touring this spring and summer, playing in Europe and Japan.
Dregen and retired Swedish ice hockey player Mats Naslund. April 2013, Sweden
Naslund played for several Swedish teams, a Swiss team, the Boston Bruins, and the Montreal Canadiens. He was part of Sweden’s 1994 Olympic team, who won the gold medal in Lillehammer, Norway. He was also on the Swedish team that won the 1991 Men’s World Ice Hockey Championships, which were held in Finland. Mats was the first ever European-born player to be part of the Montreal Canadiens. As a Canadien, he was given the nickname “Le Petit Viking” (The Little Viking), and played for them from 1982 to 1990. His career as a hockey player began in 1975, and he retired in 1995.

Happy birthday Nasty! He turns 51 today.
Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! I hope you spend the day in a way that makes you happy, whether it’s with a partner, a friend, your family, a treat and your favorite book/movie/show/whatever, or any other way you feel like celebrating! Remember to indulge yourself today (and every other day!) because you all deserve to be happy and to be treated with love, year-round.
Here’s a sweet kiss between Razzle and Nasty to help us get into the spirit of the day. Will you be my Valentine?
